Lesson #2: Effect Damage.

, Rakha here and to day i'll be giving you our 2nd lesson and that's Effect Damage and/or Direct damage! Very Happy

What is effect damage?
Effect damage is a damage that is not caused by battling, Most Archetype in Yu-Gi-Oh! have some cards that do Effect damage, There are decks that called Burn deck, Burn deck is a deck that Lose your life point to 0.

What is a Burn deck?(More Explanation to burn decks)
Burn deck are design to "Burn" their opponent life points to 0 with lots of card that inflicts effect damage(Instead of relying on battle damage). These deck are usually slow, sometimes it just made around 1000-3000 effect damage each turn, but some of Burn decks are actually fast, and sometimes slow burn deck combine their deck with stall deck so the user's life point can still be defended before the opponent make the user life points to 0, There are some cards that can counter Burn decks, there are also Counter Burn decks.

Cards that can counter Burn deck.
Some cards that can counter burn deck is, Lava golem, Divine wrath(If their using monster to burn us) , and volcanic queen.

Cards that can make big effect damage to our opponent.
-Wave motion cannon
-Lava golem
-Gift cards with bad reaction to simiochi
-Meteor of destruction
-Others.

Cards that can be used in stall burn.
-Gravity bind
-Level limit - Area B
-Swords of revealing light

Type of burn decks
Burn deck have lot's chance of winning, but some Burn decks need a card that can defend them while they're burning they're opponent.
Here are examples of Burn deck that most people used:
-Continous Burn
-Chain Burn
-Hero Burn
-Simochi Burn
-Pyro Burn
-Exxod Burn

So now you know that burn decks give us easy win, This week assignment will be a little simple, so this week assignment will be won against someone using Effect damage, That's it Simple right? xD, so you need to win by using effect damage, the more damage you do the more points you'll get, the more original you do the more points you get, So you need to post the sreenshot of your win with effect damage, and post the deck you used for the burning win.
This week duel points will be around 100-150, if your deck is your own made burn deck you'll get an extra duel points.
(NOTE: this lesson will be end in Monday, so make sure to finish this assignment while you still have a time)
There will be no Extra assignment for this week lesson.
